St. Andrew’s Mission Statement reads: St. Andrew’s United Church strives to be a welcoming and inclusive family of faith. We will reach out in genuine love and friendship to all those who come among us, so that together, from the youngest to the oldest, we may grow in the spirit of God.

The successful candidate will assume leadership in St. Andrew’s Music Ministry, working with the Minister, Choir and occasionally other musicians at Sunday services and on other occasions such as Good Friday, Christmas Eve, community services and the Christmas Carol Service, as required.

St Paul’s United Church, Sidney B.C. is inviting applications for a part time Music Minister, (15 hours per week) with a passion for music and a creative spirit. We are looking for someone who can catch our vision for helping to develop outreach through music. 

St. James United Church is a Christian faith community located in downtown Montreal. The community was established in Montreal in 1802, under the Methodist faith, building its first church in 1807. Growth led the community to build the present church building on Ste. Catherine Street West in 1887, dedicated in June 1889.

We are seeking to appoint a Co-Director of Music to assume the role of musical leadership in our weekly and special services as organist and pianist and to oversee and develop the church’s music ministry programme in collaboration with the Co-Director of Music/Cantor.

St. James United Church is a spirit filled, connected, transformational congregation, located in central Etobicoke.

We are inviting Applicants for a new Music Minister. St. James possesses a rich choral history including a 35 voice SATB Senior Choir, and an auditioned 20 voice SATB Chancel Choir. There are 3 paid choir section leaders. The successful candidate will have the experience and skill to lead and inspire these groups to continue excellence in these worship traditions, and be willing to explore ways of updating and refreshing the element of music in our worship.

St. Paul’s United Church, Scarborough, ON seeks a creative, enthusiastic music director effective immediately. The ideal candidate will develop and challenge our talented 16-member SATB choir and build excellence in our music program to support worship and our presence in the community. St. Paul’s enjoys a broad range of music in worship and our programming, including classical, traditional, and contemporary hymnody, as well as popular, world, and innovative music. We encourage the music director to introduce us to their own musical interests and help us explore new expressions in ‘making a joyful noise to the Lord!’

We are seeking a Music Minister who is enthusiastic, flexible, and can enhance an experience of God through a variety of worship music. The main worship instruments are a Yamaha C2 grand piano and an older electric organ. Our Music Minister will be proficient on the piano and be able to direct the choirs. Experience on the organ is an asset.
