Kanata United Church (KUC), situated in Ottawa’s west end, is proud of its successful music program. This ministry of music is integral to worship and complements other aspects of ministry within the church and its community. It has evolved to play an important role in the inclusive, intergenerational life of the church, with a focus on supporting our children and youth, both in terms of their faith development as well as building life skills. Our worship service structure is traditional but open to a wide range of musical expression.

Grace United Church in Peterborough, Ontario is seeking a permanent, part-time Organist to offer, collaboratively with our Choir Director, the joy and familiarity of traditional and contemporary musical selections including hymns, anthems, preludes and postludes for our weekly services and occasional special events.  This position is for 10 hours per week, with compensation commensurate with experience and guidelines of the RCCO and includes 4 weeks paid vacation usually taken in the summer months.  The start date is September 1, 2022.

Knox United Church is located in the Town of Georgina (Sutton) on the beautiful south shore of Lake Simcoe.

Founded in 1863, and approaching our 160th anniversary, we are a mature and family-oriented faith community with a well-established tradition of music as an integral and valued part of our worship experience. Several accomplished musicians are members of the congregation and would lend enthusiastic support to new music leadership. First St. Andrew’s United Church (FSA) in London, Ontario is seeking a full time Minister of Music/Organist/Choral Director for our congregation in the downtown core. Responsibilities include playing the Casavant tracker 3-manual organ for Sunday worship, directing the Senior Choir, and Children’s Choirs. There is also a long-running concert series which is curated by the Minister of Music.

upcoming retirement of the incumbent. This position is 25 hours/week, paid at RCCO scale and including full benefits and continuing education allowance, and is open September 1, 2022.
